- Sandra PianoStudio works with monthly subscription and stamp card (“Strippenkaart”). Monthly subscription / stamp card (“strippenkaart”) starts with the first official lesson (trial lesson not included).
- 5-lesson or 10-lesson stamp card / “strippenkaart” is valid for 6 months from date of purchase.
- You can only cancel a lesson at the same day of the lesson in the case of illness.
- In case of a teacher’s illness, a new appointment for the lesson will be made.
- Students under 21 years do not pay for VAT. The VAT rate for students 21 years old and older is 21%.
- The first official lesson can take place only after a trial lesson, after a lesson contract has been signed by both student (parent in case of youth <21 years old) and the teacher and after the first payment has been made.
- The payment is per month and before the start of the lessons.
- It is possible to vary the number of lessons per month or the duration of the lesson (always in consultation with the teacher).
- Cancellation of the monthly subscription is possible at any time.
- Refund of paid tuition fee is not possible. But your monthly subscription / stamp card can be transferred to a new student (family member, friend).
